*Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions.  Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions.
2. Promotional period is from 1 August 2011 to 31 September 2011.  Any entries that are incomplete, illegible or incorrect or received after 31 September 2011 will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims that are lost, late, misdirected or not received by 31 September 2011.  Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of postage.  
3. Promotion is open to all licensed plumbers in New Zealand who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions. Entrants must send a high resolution photograph of themselves with a Bosch Hot Water appliance with a full description including model number of the unit via email, or post to enter.  Each entrant must obtain permission of the homeowner to take photographs of their Bosch hot water appliance.
4. The winner will be judged by the Promoter at 0900AM NZST on 3 October 2011.  The entrant judged by the Promoter to have submitted a photograph of the oldest operational Bosch Hot Water Appliance still in use in New Zealand will receive a Bosch Professional Cordless Hammer/Drill including 2 batteries, a charger in a carry case valued at AUD$449 RRP (Part Number: GSB18V-2 Li).  The winner will be notified by telephone on 3 October 2011 and thereafter in writing. The prize will be awarded within two weeks of the winner being notified. The homeowner will also be contacted by a representative of Bosch to ascertain if they would like to take advantage of receiving a new Bosch Hot Water system. The choice of hot water system will be at the discretion of Bosch and will be an equivalent replacement continuous flow hot water system. The promotion includes a replacement hot water system only, no accessories (including controllers) will be provided. Installation of the new Bosch Hot Water System will be completed by a licensed plumber and be arranged by Bosch in conjunction with the homeowner, with costs associated with the installation to the maximum value of NZD$2,000 to be paid by Bosch.  The warranty conditions for the replacement Bosch Hot Water System can be found at www.bosch.com.au/hotwater and no additional warranty conditions will be provided.  Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied or taken as cash.  If any of the prizes are out of stock at the time of redemption, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize.  Except as stated above, any operating, repair or ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize are the sole responsibility of each entrant.
5. If a winner is not identified, a draw will take place on 3 October 2011 comprising all entries received by the Promoter within the promotional period.  The first entry randomly drawn will win the prize specified in clause 4 and corresponding homeowner will receive the corresponding prize specified in clause 4.
6.  The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. Bosch reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel this Promotion at any time.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury or property damage) in connection with this Promotion or any prizes awarded in the course of this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter and its officers, employees and agents will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information received or not received in the course of or in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the Promoter’s reasonable control including but not limited to technical malfunctions or failures.
8. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
9. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion, subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.
10. At the request of the Promoter, the winner agrees (without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by the Promoter and consent to their name and image being used in the Promoter’s marketing materials. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable entrants to participate in this Promotion. If personal information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in this Promotion.
